A festive wine evening at Parc du Levant A. Edouard

1st edition of the Pays de l?Or?s "Printanières et Automnales" local farmers? markets.

These evenings are open to all, with no registration required and, of course, free of charge!

There will be stalls featuring local producers and craftsmen, entertainment and music? You can sample local produce and do your own shopping.

Which products and which producers?
At these local markets, you'll find seasonal and local products cooked to be enjoyed on the spot or to take away: snails from David et Valérie (Lansargues), terrines, rillettes, sausages and gardiane from the manade Boch (Lansargues), honey, nougat and gingerbread from the miellerie des Nymphes (Mudaison), cheeses from the fromagerie La Grande Motte?



Also on the winegrowers? agenda: Château du Ministre (Mauguio), Mas Trinquier (Saint-Aunès), Enclos de la Croix (Lansargues), Cave de Moulines (Mudaison), Domaine de la Clausade (Mudaison), Domaine de Verchant (Castelnau-le-Lez), Vignerons du Bérange (Vendargues), Domaine Daumas (Marsillargues)?



The Pays de l?Or plate

A local chef has come up with an emblematic Pays de l?Or dish, sourced exclusively from the region! For the 1st edition of 2024, Le Tonneau Barriqué designed a plate combining bull, lamb, eel and vegetables from Candillargues.
