    It was around this activity that the village developed at the end of the 18th century.

    Since then, generations have followed one another, bringing the canal and the quays to life … A good way to exchange ideas, learn fishing techniques and understand the future of a traditional profession. To observe the fishermen is to discover the other side of Palavas-les-Flots and what makes it so charming!
